What is AVA Care?
AVA Care is our brand-new telehealth service. With our AVA Care, you can connect with your Hearing at Home hearing care specialists and engage in a face-to-face video conversation – all you need is a cell phone, tablet, or computer. This service is especially ideal as we face uncertainty and restrictions on our movements due to the Coronavirus crisis. We know that many of our vulnerable patients will appreciate the opportunity to still have their face-to-face consultation with their usual specialist and stay up to date with their hearing healthcare and hearing aid devices.
Even if you aren’t a current patient of Hearing at Home, and you are concerned about your hearing or are having issues with your hearing aid devices, our no-obligation AVA Care appointments are extended to everyone in our community and is completely complimentary.
The best thing about this service is, if you currently wear the latest hearing aid technology, your hearing specialist can remotely adjust the hearing aid settings during these appointments.
